By submitting content directly to HighDrive, using a designated HighDrive hashtag, tagging @HighDriveUK on social media, responding to a request from HighDrive to share your content, or otherwise providing content to us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

Content means any photograph, video, audio recording, review, testimonial, comment, text, caption, social media post, or other material submitted to or shared with HighDrive.

2. Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of your Content. By submitting Content or tagging HighDrive, you grant HighDrive the rights described in these Terms.

3. Licence Granted to HighDrive

You grant HighDrive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, edit, publish and share the Content across marketing channels.

4. Your Warranties

You confirm you have the right to submit the Content and the required consents.

5. Privacy and Personal Data

Processing will comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

6. No Obligation to Use Content

HighDrive may choose whether or not to use submitted Content.

7. Attribution

HighDrive may credit creators where practical.

8. Withdrawal Requests

Contact promotions@highdrive.co.uk regarding future use requests.

9. Liability

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

HighDrive may update these Terms.
